Unapologetically Me — A Life Lived Between Worlds
I grew up in a Waldorf School, a place where imagination was treated as a form of intelligence and creativity was a daily practice. From there, I earned my BFA in Fine Arts with a focus on Advertising at West Chester University near Philadelphia — the beginning of a lifelong relationship with visual storytelling.
But my life has never followed a single path. While I was learning color theory and composition, another world was calling — the world of intuition, energy, and the unseen. I trained in Reiki Level II at the A.R.E. Edgar Cayce Research and Enlightenment Center, studied mediumship with James Van Praagh, and explored intuition at the Omega Institute with Elizabeth Harper. One of my teachers, Barbara Mark, author of Angelspeake, once told me my energy was so layered she needed to consult her angels before she could finish my reading. Later, she wrote to me that I could pick up energy from across continents. That moment changed the trajectory of my life.
I followed that calling into shamanic journeying, independent study, and more than 300 books on metaphysical techniques. What began as curiosity became a discipline — and eventually, a vocation.
Since 2009, I’ve worked with Missing & Exploited Children through the FBI, contributing to efforts that have helped bring kidnapped children home, sometimes after years of searching. I’ve also collaborated with the United States Marine Corps and other government organizations. My father is a Marine, and although I wasn’t raised by him, the courage and determination of those who serve has always inspired me. “Never give up” is more than a motto; it’s a truth and purpose I live by. I’ve also collaborated with the United States Marine Corps on sensitive cases involving national security. My work supported teams focused on protecting lives and preventing harm, and those experiences deepened my understanding of human resilience and the unseen forces that shape critical moments. What stayed with me wasn’t the conflict — it was the courage, teamwork, and humanity I witnessed.
My life has been a blend of the practical and the mystical, the artistic and the investigative, the grounded and the otherworldly. I’ve helped people, I’ve helped animals, and I’ve followed my instincts into places most people never see.
Today, I’m channeling everything I’ve lived — the intuition, the training, the service, the creativity — into my work as a writer and filmmaker. My stories explore the thin places between worlds, the resilience of the human spirit, and the unseen forces that shape our lives. I’m here to create work that resonates, challenges, heals, and reveals.
This is who I am. This is the world I come from. And these are the stories I’m ready to tell.
